How We Create Together
Each individual or group session offers space to connect with yourself through color, movement, and reflection. Simple guided exercises help calm the nervous system and open channels for insight and emotional release.

This 60-minute session guides you through the Creative Synthesis™ process, focusing on breath, sensation, and guided mark-making with crayons, markers, watercolor or acrylic.

A deeper unfolding
This is the 90-minute version of the Creative Synthesis™️ process, which allows extra space to explore insight, expression, and integration at a natural pace.
Ideal for those developing a painting over several sessions or wanting to linger in the flow of creation a little longer..

Devoted Transformation
This six-session journey deepens your relationship with your creative language and personal themes through Intentional Creativity® practices. You’ll have the option to complete an acrylic painting that embodies your Soul Story.
Each session invites you to bring what you’re carrying to the canvas so that you can move forward gently, powerfully, and with purpose.
