Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Angel Living, I offer personalized, time-based services designed to support your journey of self-discovery, healing, and creative awakening. Your payment reflects not just our time together, but also the preparation of your natal charts, materials and any post-session integration or follow-up.
Refunds
No refunds are offered for completed sessions. This includes our time together and the preparatory work that takes place before your session.
Full refunds are available if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund, but you may reschedule your session.
Exceptions may be made for illness or family emergencies—please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Rescheduling
Life happens. If you need to change your appointment or anticipate being late:

I will do my best to find a new time that works for both of us
Your time is valuable, and I appreciate your communication and care
Payment
Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session.
If payment is not received, your session time may be released.

Refund Process
If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 24 hours of your request
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
