Welcome to the Living Practice

There comes a moment when the work you’ve been living privately asks to be seen.

The Living Practice is that place for me.

For years, I’ve been exploring astrology not as theory, but as lived experience. Tracking eclipses in my own chart, watching transits unfold in real time, noticing how they move through my relationships, my creative process, my nervous system, my becoming - this lights me up from the inside out!

Every morning, there are reflections, sketches, insights, questions. Too many to fit into an email. Too alive to disappear into a notebook.

FINALLY - I am creating a home for it all here in this blog.

Here, you’ll find short reflections on planetary movements and lunar cycles. You’ll see how I track them personally, what they activate, what they ask, and how they refine over time. You’ll also find glimpses into the creative process I use in my own life and in my work as a consulting Evolutionary Astrologer, Intentional Creativity Teacher®️ and Alchemical Artist. The same process I bring into sessions, workshops, and the New Moon Blessing Book Community lives here in image and word.

The Living Practice is about Participating with the Potentials of Life

• It’s about noticing the tension an eclipse stirs and choosing to engage it consciously.

• It’s about tracking a nodal shift and asking where your authentic light wants to move next.

• It’s about allowing creativity to become a bridge between insight and embodiment.

Some posts will be brief. Some will be exploratory. Some may eventually grow into longer teachings, courses, or essays (My journals are FULL of classes-to-be!). Think of this as the field journal of a body of work in motion — astrology, creativity, and compassionate witnessing woven into the human being journey.
